Daisies & Dads The Annual Father Daughter Dance will be held on June 4, 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the gym at Bedford High School. This dance is open for all Bedford girls currently in grades K-8 and their dads, grampas and uncles. Tickets on sale online from April 11 – May 20th. $18 for girls and $12 for Dads. Spring is Here. Registration for spring and summer leagues and programs are being added weekly. Safety Town, Summer Parks, Soccer, T-Ball and more.

  • Please make sure you fill out help desk tickets before bringing chromebooks to the media center.  

  • If you are being dropped off early in the morning, please make sure you stay in the Cafe until 7AM.  Please do not walk around in the halls before 7AM.

  • You must have your Chromebooks charged each night, ready for school the next day. We have lots of students coming to school unprepared with their most utilized tool here. If you can remember to charge your phone, you can remember to charge your Chromebook. Students who come with dead Chromebooks will not be allowed loaners or to use chargers in the classrooms.

  • Please be sure to use the one way directions in the halls for passing time. We are getting clogged up, especially C Hall due to students not want to follow directions.

mARTch Madness

It’s time for mARTch Madness!! In celebration of Youth Art Month you have the opportunity to vote for your favorite works of art.  Vote for your favorites each round and see who makes it to the finals!

This year we are taking the final four from the past four years and creating an All Star mARTch Madness for 2022. Use this link to the bracket and make your predictions for each round! You can make a copy of it and follow along to see if your predictions win!

On the bracket if you click on the artist’s name you will learn more about them and their featured work of art. Then if you click on the day we are voting you will be able to vote with the linked Google form on the bracket. The other rounds will open on their voting day.

The first round of voting is between Faith Ringgold and Bisa Butler.  Both artists are known as fiber artists and work with the tradition of quilting.  Voting closes at the end of the day and the winner will be announced tomorrow morning!

  • Please make sure you fill out help desk tickets before bringing chromebooks to the media center.  

  • If you are being dropped off early in the morning, please make sure you stay in the Cafe until 7AM.  Please do not walk around in the halls before 7AM.

  • You must have your Chromebooks charged each night, ready for school the next day. We have lots of students coming to school unprepared with their most utilized tool here. If you can remember to charge your phone, you can remember to charge your Chromebook. Students who come with dead Chromebooks will not be allowed loaners or to use chargers in the classrooms.

  • Please be sure to use the one way directions in the halls for passing time. We are getting clogged up, especially C Hall due to students not want to follow directions.

It’s time for mARTch Madness!! In celebration of Youth Art Month you have the opportunity to vote for your favorite works of art.  Vote for your favorites each round and see who makes it to the finals!

This year we are taking the final four from the past four years and creating an All Star mARTch Madness for 2022. Use this link to the bracket and make your predictions for each round! You can make a copy of it and follow along to see if your predictions win!

On the bracket if you click on the artist’s name you will learn more about them and their featured work of art. Then if you click on the day we are voting you will be able to vote with the linked Google form on the bracket. The other rounds will open on their voting day.

The first round of voting is between Faith Ringgold and Bisa Butler.  Both artists are known as fiber artists and work with the tradition of quilting.  Voting closes at the end of the day and the winner will be announced tomorrow morning!

Yesterday’s winner and final work of art to enter the elite 8 is Ai Wei Wei’s “Forever Bicycles” with 54.8% of the vote. Today begins the first round to determine which works of art will be heading to the final four. Make sure you vote today in the match up between Bisa Butler and Vincent Van Gogh with the bracket linked in Schoology!

Congratulations to our MathCounts team members who qualified for States. They competed in the MathCounts State competition at Saginaw Valley State University this past weekend. The team did a great job and represented us well. Congratulations!
