Meal Magic has changed the sites for our online food service account access. Instead of using the SendMoneyTo School.com or lunchapp.com links, you will now be using Meal Magic’s Family Portal: https://bedfordps.familyportal.cloud/

If you use the old links, it will give you a link to get to the right place and then you would have to search for Bedford.

You will need to create the account on the new site:

1. Click the Register button to setup an account.
2. For the Username, enter the email address you used for SendMoneyToSchool.com.
3. Accept the Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. Check your email for an activation link and click it.
5. Follow the instructions to complete setup.

Once that is done, all the account balances should have transferred over.

There is a $2.95 service fee assessed at increments of $100. Cash and checks are still accepted at registers with no additional fees.

Families can also use the family portal to fill out a free and reduced school meal application online since the universal free school meals program has ended. Or you can print the application using this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1u1qdaefXY1ivcefOAQlXvD8SN5hqTDLY/view?usp=sharing

The PTO BJHS Round-Up is an excellent opportunity to get started for the upcoming school year. Schedules, Lockers, and chromebooks will be available at BJHS Round-Up:

Round-Up is currently scheduled for 8/23 through 8/25 from 2:00 to 6:00. Round-Up will be at the JHS and start in the Media Center.

Please follow the schedule below to accommodate the large numbers.

The following paperwork MUST be turned in at Round-Up :

The enclosed Census Verification Report and Student Registration & Medical Information Signature sheet (two sided).
- PLEASE MAKE ALL NECESSARY CHANGES AND RETURN.
- PARENT AND STUDENT SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED.
Please make the $21 Insurance payment online, see enclosed Instructions for RevTrak. If unable to pay online, check or money orders can be made payable to Bedford Public Schools. No cash please.

If you are unable to come during your scheduled time, please come at a different time. Schedules that are not picked up at BJHS Round-Up will be mailed home. Schedules will be available in Infinite Campus after Round-Up is completed. Please make sure we have an active email on file, so that we can use that to share log-on information. The district uses Schoology for grades. Teachers will communicate through email, and we will also be able to notify you of great events at BJHS.

Students that miss the Round-Up window will have to wait for school to start in order to get their chromebook.
